The program can be tailored to specific
job tasks or used as a general information session. In some
cases, an on-site (purely optional) evaluation of the workplace
by Dr. Boudreau may be advised to help understand what issues
need to be addressed in the educational sessions. This would
not be a formal ergonomic assessment and no personnel would be
featured in any of the program materials.
The next step in the program is the
interactive and informative computer slide show presentations.
These presentations can be delivered to small or large groups
of people, but a class no bigger than 20-30 individuals is
advised. Small groups tend to increase interaction and better
retention of the information given. Each session can last 25
minutes depending on the materials presented. A question and
answer period will usually follow the presentation.
The third step of the program is an
optional follow-up review presentation to re-enforce concepts
and principles learned in the previous information sessions(s).
It is recommended that the follow-up presentation be initiated
within 6-12 months of the first session.

Does the program work?
Research has shown that after a Back
In-form-ed session, participants gain a better understanding of
anatomy, nutrition, exercise and good posture. Dr. Boudreau can
help your employees attain better health and improve your
bottom line. Everyone from executives to front line assembly
works can benefit from this program.
A recent study published in the Journal of
the Canadian Chiropractic Association found that the program saved an Ontario city fire
department $60,000 in direct costs compared to the previous
year!
How do I get the program
